Join us for this four-week introductory class to learn how mindfulness can decrease stress, manage anxiety and improve your overall well-being. During the four weeks of “Meditation Camp” you will be introduced to the fundamentals of Mindfulness Meditation and how to apply it to your daily living. Each class will be a combination of a short lecture, practice time, and suggestions for Mindfulness practices to work on outside of class. Whether you are new to Mindfulness Meditation or very skilled, you can benefit from this four-week class. Camp will be facilitated by Suzanne Accardo, an educator and teacher at heart who loves sharing the healing benefits of meditation with others. She is the owner of The Yoga Place, holds a Master of Education and is a certified Life Coach, 500 Hour Yoga Instructor and Grief Recovery Specialist. Ages 18+.
