The Blanketeers meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. They get together to socialize and create blankets of various kinds for Project Linus. Project Linus is a volunteer non-profit organization that created handmade blankets to give to children who are seriously ill, traumatized or otherwise in need of new handmade blankets. Project Linus welcomes blankets in all styles, including quilts, tied comforters, fleece blankets, crocheted and knitted afghans. No registration needed.
