Exercise is key to our wellbeing, but you don’t need a gym to keep yourself on the move!
Join LPL for Chair Yoga at the Library and learn how you can use a simple piece of furniture to boost your mobility and help you feel your best.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all adults 18 and older.
Every participant must sign a waiver for this class. Waivers will be made available at the program, or you can download and print one HERE.
