Digital Literacy Classes: Computer Lab, LinkedIn, and How to Spot a Scam

Doran is offering three digital literacy classes in October!

Computer Lab is available every Tuesday and Wednesday in October 1:00pm - 3:00pm

LinkedIn and How to Spot a Scam are available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10:00am - 3:00pm in October.

Computer Lab:
Curious about how laptops work or thinking about buying one? Come visit the new computer lab at the Columbia Public Library! We have laptops available for you to use and explore. You can check out features like Microsoft Office, the internet, and more! We also offer other programs to help you with your technology needs.

LinkedIn:
Searching for a job? Interested in making industry contacts? Learn how to create a profile on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a powerful tool for networking and job searching.

How to Spot a Scam:
Are you concerned about becoming a victim of a scam? Learn how to identify common scam tactics, protect yourself from online and offline scams, and report scams to authorities.
