Market Monday

Step into the world of imagination with Market Monday, a hands-on, pretend-play experience at the library! Children are invited to explore a realistic mini-grocery market complete with colorful play food, shopping baskets, cash registers, and more. They can shop, stock shelves, or take on the role of a cashier, fostering creativity, social interaction, and basic math skills in a fun, welcoming environment.

This drop-in program is perfect for children ages 2–7 and their families. No registration is required—just come by and let your little ones experience the joy of imaginative play!

Come play, learn, and grow at the library! 

Each family group must include a responsible adult in the room at all times. This program is for children 2 to 7 years old only! 

While other ages are welcome in the room, we kindly ask that the play area and toys remain reserved exclusively for the intended age group to ensure a safe environment for young participants.
