Event Details

Children love dogs, and these dogs love to listen to children read! Dogs from K-Pets and their humans (otherwise known as trainers) will visit the Children's Library so children can read to them. Each family will get 15 minutes of reading with the dog and we will email you closer to the date with your time slot. Children who have signed up will get the first opportunity.  (Children ages 4 & up who are able to read or are beginning to learn to read)

Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please register online for this free program, or call the Library at 717.560.6441. Registration will open on Wednesday, June 14th for Manheim Township and East Lampeter residents and on Friday, June 16th for residents of other municipalities.
