Join us for an hour of stress-relieving, life-affirming, ‘feel good’ yoga at the Lancaster Public Library.
This Slow Flow class connects movement and breath, body and mind. It is for people of all levels, beginners to advanced. It is a gentle class nourishing to the body. We might do challenging poses, strengthening and stretching the body, but in a gentle and nourishing way, with many modifications and variations offered. The library is an environment dedicated to studying and learning, a perfect place for us to explore and focus on our practice, moving our bodies and calming our mind. Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and or a small blanket or big towel, and water bottle.
