Program Description

Event Details

Ages 7-15. Wednesday evenings at 6 pm starting January 3, 2024. Registration is for the entire series - please don't unregister if you have to miss a week.  We will accept walk-ins and younger players if space allows.

Returning by popular demand: Our winter chess club for kids will start in January, 2024!

Coaches are available, but we’ve been asked that kids review the basic moves for each chess piece. We will offer limited coaching for brand new players and those who seek clarification on more complex rules/strategies. This session will run for 6 weeks, at the end we’ll try having a small tournament for fun!
