The Penn State Master Gardeners will teach us a simple, easy, and inexpensive process that anyone can use to start seeds.

This holiday season, the Library will be filled with festive magic for the whole family! Mrs. Claus will delight listeners with holiday stories at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. and Santa himself will make an appearance!

The library Junior Friends are hosting a Holiday Bazaar! Stop in on Saturday, December 6 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. to find handcrafted stocking stuffers made by the Junior Friends. All items are available by donation.

Library Program Policies

Join us after-hours for video games, board games, flashlight tag, laser tag and more! Please keep in mind each Late Night we rotate different activities, so laser tag doesn’t happen at every session.

At the Municipal Building, 501 Main Street, Denver. Tree lighting at 5 p.m. Food, drinks, crafts, music, treat bags, story time at 4:45 by Mrs. Claus (aka Miss Maribeth), and of course, Santa Claus! 

This stop is open to the public. At this stop, patrons will be able to register for a library card, return books, check out books, and request holds for future stops.

Join experts from Lancaster County Courts for semiweekly classes focused on basic life skills like computer usage, resume building, job searching, math, reading, and writing.

Join us for our winter book event, Gifts & Great Reads Book Event! We are filling the Morgan Center and Tell Café with a plethora of books and other items, with suggested donations from $0.50 - $2.00.

Parachute games encourage cooperative play, following directions, and motor skills coordination.

Participants are asked to attend all 3 weeks.

Little Ducklings-Baby and Caregiver Class for babies 3 months up to 17 months. 

Stories, bubbles, music, and play time for our library friends ages 12-24 months with their caregiver. 

Limit 12 toddlers. Registration required.

Join us this winter for seasonal stories at the Library! We will sing songs, make art and include sensory experiences each session. Early literacy skills, including letter identification and sound introduction, are included in each program.

Join us for a cooperative movement program where we will use our imaginations while we play with a parachute! Stories and songs will be incorporated, while we move about and use our motor skills.

Participants are asked to attend all 3 weeks.

This story time is especially for the very young. This 20-minute program encourages interacting with baby using songs, finger play, and age-appropriate props, like shakers, scarves, and instruments. Miss Alyssa will lead this class.

Sing, dance, chant, listen to music, move, and play instruments, while exploring the patterns and sounds that make up our language.
