Visit with a team of nurses from PennState Health to receive health assessments like cholesterol screenings and blood pressure checks, as well as referrals to social services.
As part of our mission to connect people with information and experiences, we’re partnering with Penn State Health to provide our patrons with health assessments, supportive services, and appropriate general care.
